Our latest 33 kV substation project reflects MIRPOWER ongoing commitment to innovation, reliability, and safety. Designed using advanced software and strict international standards, it demonstrates how efficient and safe engineering go hand in hand.
From the start, our priorities were clear:
We used ETAP for system studies, CDEGS for earthing design, and AutoCAD/EPLAN for detailed schematics. This integrated approach ensured accuracy, consistency, and traceability across all disciplines.
Efficiency was achieved through optimised busbar and cable routing, compact layouts, and high-efficiency transformers.
Safety was ensured by robust earthing (BS EN 50522), clear LV/HV segregation (Form 3b), and arc-flash analysis to IEEE 1584 standards.
Close coordination with clients, DNOs, and suppliers helped us deliver a design that meets both operational and safety targets — ready for long-term, reliable performance.
This 33 kV substation exemplifies MIRPOWER philosophy: precise engineering, integrated tools, and uncompromising safety — building smarter, more sustainable power systems for the future.
